Rules and Regulations apply in the Condo and are strictly detailed: *The hours allowed for the use of the pool and common grill area are from 7 am to 11 pm. *The consumption of food and drinks in glass containers and cigarettes is prohibited inside the pool. *All guests must make sure to keep music at a moderate volume and be cordial with other Guest. *All pool users must be free of sand before entering into it. The use of bathing suits is mandatory. *The common area of the grill must remain Clean and its exclusive use must be requested in advance. *All children under 12 must always be accompanied by an adult in the pool area and are their sole responsibility. *It is a Safe enviroment, but as precaution make sure to take care of your belongings in the common areas. * Damage of any item inside the apartment must be reported to the host immediately in order to maintain quality and service promised to all future reservations. Guest can choose between replacing it buying with same quality before check out or paying for the corresponding cost supported by formal bill. Security Deposit Airbnb of 100 usd or more will be claimed if applies. In order to avoid any situation take care of the property as if it was yours. *The most important thing is to enjoy and live in harmony with your neighbors and friends.
